I am Deirdre Cooke, owner and founder of
Excellent Virtual Office Services (EVOS),
providing Virtual Administrative Assistance to
Small Business Owners, with a special emphasis on
the Direct Sales Industry. My mission is to
provide high quality reliable administrative
assistant services, with the utmost integrity and
trust.
I have over 15 years of administrative and
customer service experience in a variety of
industries both in corporate and volunteer
environments. My direct sales experience comes
from last ten years of being Independent Beauty
Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics. I have always
enjoyed creating and designing flyers, postcards,
newsletters and brochures which I have shared with
many sales directors and consultants over the
years. I have developed a great passion and
expertise using computers to create, do research
and complete countless tasks and projects. EVOS
has given me the opportunity to use my skills to
help other business owners succeed.
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration
degree from Kennesaw State University in
Georgia and a career diploma in Desktop
Publishing and Design from Penn Foster
Career School. I am also a recent graduate of
the Virtual Business Owner Training Program.
I am member of the Hampton Roads Chamber of
Commerce, the Virtual Assistant Chamber of
Commerce and Southeastern Virtual
Assistants Group and the International
Virtual Assistant Association.
I have been blessed with my wonderful husband, Bill and my three beautiful children;
Shelby, Travis and Paige. We are a U.S. Navy
family and we currently reside in Chesapeake,
Virginia.
