Since I am more familiar with Mary Kay Directors and their specific needs,  I only have bundle pricing for Mary Kay Directors at this time. I will be happy customize a services bundle to meet your needs. Please contact me for a FREE Needs Assessment Interview.  Below you will find my hourly rate as well as pricing for specific projects.   

 

 

 
Hourly Rate
  • Fees are charged in exact minute increments (“Time on Task” only).
  • Some services may require a one time set up fee.
  • Some projects may be charged at a flat rate.
  • No monthly minimum.
  • First time clients will not be charged for orientation time up to 1½ hours
  • Hourly rate does not include project expenses (i.e. postage supplies, materials, purchase paid for on your behalf, etc.) These additional expenses will be invoiced at cost.

Monthly Retainer Packages
  • Retainer Packages are available from 5 - 20 hours per month.
  • Retainers allow you to receive services at a 10 – 20 % saving.
  • Retainers must be purchased in advance.
  • Hours must be used within the month they are purchased; hours cannot carried over to the next month. Additional hours will be billed at the reduced rate.
  • Supplies (envelopes, stamps, card stock, etc.) charged at cost

All Fees Subject to Change without notice. 

Terms

  • Clients must sign and return a Work Agreement before work begins.

  • New Clients (non-retainer) will be required to submit a 30% deposit based on project estimate before work will begin.  

  • Estimates will be based on client’s representations, but they are only approximate figures.  Clients will be responsible for payment of actual time spent on project when using hourly rate.

  • Hourly rate does not include project expenses (i.e. postage supplies, materials, purchase paid for on your behalf, etc.) These additional expenses will be invoiced at cost. 

  • Time will be billed at exact minute increments.

  • Invoicing will be completed on a weekly basis and payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless other arrangements are specified in the agreement.

  • Invoices will be sent via Email, unless other arrangements are agreed on.  Past due accounts are subject to late fees and work stoppage. 

  • Payments will be made by Check, Money Order, or Credit Cards. Credit Card payments will be processed through PayPal.   There is a $40 returned check fee.
